The online recycle program is coming soon! Automatically after your third order we send out a compostable mailer for you to fill up and mail back. But we are working to make this process even smoother! You can always recycle in person at an event near you.

We use a gentle eco preservative in our products, they will last up to one year. If your products are exposed to high heat, place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
We are able to guarantee that our products are 100% vegan.Â
Your products are being processed in an area that processes soy wax. In general, if you are allergic to a specific ingredient add that into your notes to seller at checkout and we’ll work with you to create something custom we know you’ll love. For sensitive skin, we recommend our Fragrance Body Lotion.
We always recommend performing a spot test to safely check skin compatibility by adding a small amount of product to the skin and waiting a minimum of 10 minutes, if allergy occurs stop use and contact physician or seek immediate medical help.Â

Processing Time:
Current processing time is 1-3 business days however if you are reading this during the holiday season please allow for 1 week processing time. I appreciate your support and understanding that we are not Amazon, we are Petals for Jean, your local small business.

Oh no, quick email info@petalsforjean.com and if it hasn't left our hands yet we can still help you. If it has, I’m very sorry, but there may be nothing we can do but please contact the USPS as they may be able to help. To prevent this from happening may I suggest creating an account? By doing so, you can store your address and enjoy faster check out.

Shipping cost?
We try our very best to pass any savings we get to our amazing customers and add a smidgen of cost for handling. But unfortunately USPS controls the cost of shipping and is the most affordable way for you to receive your goodies.Â

Subscriptions will ship the 1st of every month. If you place a subscription order, you will receive your subscription the 1st of the next month as well as your initial order.
